August Revenue for YC Grows Over 5%

Oil prices have driven up the cost of plastic products, stimulating a wave of inventory replenishment in downstream sectors. YC (4306) and its affiliated company ACHEM announced their August revenue figures yesterday (10th). YC reported consolidated revenue of NT$1.688 billion, a month-on-month increase of 5.16%. ACHEM’s monthly revenue reached NT$464 million, up 18.18% from the previous month. YC stated that if oil prices continue to rise, revenue growth is expected to continue.
