2. Hold regular meetings to track progress and performance

1. Assist various departments to promote energy management (information, management and technology)
2. Arrange meetings, track progress, analyze and report on performance
3. Analysis of energy usage and daily inspections, and timely reporting of abnormalities

3. Energy Planning Manager of Manufacturing and Packaging Materials Business/Energy Planning Manager of Headquarters and Real Estate Business:
1.Plan energy management and resource provision
2. Supervise the implementation of energy management in various departments
3. Supervision and timely response to daily inspections

4. Energy supervisors of each factory area:
1. Form cross-departmental energy-saving teams in each factory area
2. Plan and compile various energy-saving plans (including various energy information and energy-saving benefit assessment)
3. Implement various energy-saving plans in various departments
4. Track various energy-saving plans
5. Participate in energy saving meetings
