YC Group's Wangzhou has unveiled two new projects, "Wangzhou Elite" and "Wangzhou Prestige," with the "Wangzhou Elite" now completed. Located at the Carrefour shopping area on Cultural Road 3 and Siwei Road in Linkou, "Wangzhou Elite" is New Taipei City's first diamond-level green building residential project. It features production traceability certification from the Swiss SGS Group and upgraded seismic resistance to level 6. The project includes international-standard community club facilities and medical consultation services, providing residents with first-hand medical care and creating a comprehensive health-oriented living environment.
"Wangzhou Prestige" aims to be suitable for residents of all ages, from 0 to 99 years old, and offers a 10% down payment discount with low total prices targeting first-time buyers. YC Group President Johnny Lee believes that living healthily and with quality is the core value of a home. "Wangzhou Elite" and "Wangzhou Prestige" are just 3 minutes by car from the airport MRT and OUTLET, in a location with minimal traffic congestion and noise pollution. The area is also near several quality schools and the Carrefour shopping area, balancing convenience with a quiet atmosphere, making it an ideal residential location.
YC Group CEO Peter highlighted that "Wangzhou Elite" and "Wangzhou Prestige" cater to different residential needs. "Wangzhou Elite" offers spacious 65-95 ping (approximately 2151-3136 square feet) units, suitable for elite families seeking high-quality living. In contrast, "Wangzhou Prestige" features boutique units ranging from 30-55 ping (approximately 990-1810 square feet), designed to fulfill the dreams of budget-conscious first-time buyers.
"Wangzhou Elite" emphasizes creating a "non-toxic home" with eco-friendly materials and construction methods. Peter stressed that to enhance supervision and ensure residential quality, international SGS construction inspections were hired to oversee safety, including checks on structural steel, concrete, window waterproofing, bathroom waterproofing, drinking water, electromagnetic waves, and radiation levels. Each resident will receive an SGS building production traceability certificate upon delivery, ensuring overall construction quality and providing peace of mind.
