YC Group's 'Wangzhou Elite Prestige' Officially Completed; Wangzhou Developments Also Announces Pre-Sale of 'Wangzhou Elite'
New Taipei City's first diamond-level green building residence, 'Wangzhou Elite Prestige,' has officially been completed! Achieving certifications from the Ministry of the Interior for "Ecology, Energy Efficiency, Waste Reduction, and Health," and boasting Swiss SGS building production history certification, 'Wangzhou Elite Prestige' is now complete. At the same time, Wangzhou Developments is launching the pre-sale of 'Wangzhou Elite,' targeting first-time homebuyers with a 10% down payment discount.
In recent years, Linkou has seen numerous developments, including transportation improvements, large shopping centers, and administrative zones, shaping the area into an international city atmosphere. The project caters to all ages from 0 to 99 years, with public amenities including an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and master-level artworks throughout. Future plans include introducing family medical consultation services for residents.
Johnny also highlighted the concurrent launch of the 'Wangzhou Elite' pre-sale, featuring 30 to 55 ping units at NT$400,000 per ping, with construction expected to start in August this year. Designed by Harvard architect Lü Jianxun, the building's base will feature natural granite on all four sides, with a 10% down payment offer making it affordable for first-time buyers. Wangzhou Developments will continue to focus on environmental considerations and personalized experiences in its upcoming projects in Linkou and Xinzhuang, aiming for refined and bespoke developments with more human-centered services.
