Taiwan's Leading Tape Manufacturer Yan Zhou Group Announces October Revenue Performance
YC (4306) reported consolidated revenue of NT$1.65 billion in November, an increase of 5.11% compared to the previous month. Xinzhou Global (3171) achieved consolidated revenue of NT$151 million in November, a 13.48% increase from the previous month.
Xinzhou Global (3171):
After the long holiday in October, November's revenue returned to its original level. The demand for packaging materials in Taiwan peaked in November, combined with the successful completion of cloud business projects, resulting in stable revenue growth for November. Looking ahead to the fourth quarter, which is the peak season for cloud business acceptance and the peak demand season for electronics and food packaging materials in Taiwan, operations are expected to maintain stable growth.
YC (4306):
With crude oil prices remaining high, stable performance in the film and acrylic businesses, and strong tape exports, November’s consolidated revenue increased compared to the previous month. Looking ahead, with the continued increase in export orders for tape and film, coupled with the steady rise in raw material prices, Achem's petrochemical operations are expected to continue improving, turning losses into profits. Additionally, the profits from the Lin Kou Supreme real estate project in the fourth quarter will gradually contribute to the company's overall performance. As a result, Yan Zhou's overall operations are viewed with cautious optimism for the future.
