Taiwan's Leading Tape Manufacturer Yan Zhou Group Announces October Revenue Performance
YC (4306) reported consolidated revenue of NT$1.57 billion in October, a decrease of 8.7% compared to the previous month. Xinzhou Global (3171) achieved consolidated revenue of NT$133 million in October, remaining flat compared to the previous month.
Xinzhou Global (3171):
Although revenue slightly declined due to the long holiday in China, the demand for packaging materials in Taiwan peaked in October, leading to overall growth in Taiwan's revenue. This kept October's consolidated revenue stable. Looking ahead to the fourth quarter, which is the peak season for cloud business acceptance and the peak demand season for electronics and food packaging materials in Taiwan, operations are expected to maintain stable growth.
YC (4306):
Due to the impact of the long holiday in October, the reduced number of working days caused a slight decrease in October's consolidated revenue compared to the previous month. However, looking forward, with the return to normal working days, the continued increase in export orders for tape and film, and the steady rise in raw material prices, Achem's petrochemical operations are expected to continue improving, turning losses into profits. Additionally, the profits from the Lin Kou Supreme real estate project in the fourth quarter will gradually contribute to the company's overall performance. As a result, Yan Zhou's overall operations are viewed with cautious optimism for the future.
