Taiwan's leading adhesive tape manufacturer, YC Group, announced its revenue performance for November. YC (4306) reported consolidated revenue of NT$1.495 billion for November, a decrease of 9.97% compared to the previous month. The group's subsidiary, Achem (1715), posted consolidated revenue of NT$940 million for November, an increase of 1.34% from the previous month. Meanwhile, Hsinchu Global (3171) recorded consolidated revenue of NT$155 million for November, a significant increase of 24.13% compared to the previous month.
Hsinchu Global (3171) saw a substantial revenue growth of 24.13% month-on-month in November, driven by increased orders for packaging materials in the Taiwan region and the beginning of large-scale order acceptance in its cloud business. Additionally, the company improved its customer quality and structure by removing less desirable small and medium-sized clients in mainland China, focusing on medium to large target customers as its primary sales strategy. Looking ahead, with stable performance in packaging materials and cloud services, the company expects to maintain strong operational results.
Achem (1715) benefited from steady market order growth in the Middle East, the Americas, and mainland China, leading to a 1.34% increase in overall revenue in November compared to the previous month. Looking forward, with continued growth in export orders and the scheduled commencement of full-scale operations at the Hainan plant by the end of the year, Achem's overall operations are expected to maintain a gradual upward trend.
YC (4306) experienced a 9.97% decrease in overall revenue in November compared to the previous month due to fewer completed and handed-over units in the Xinzhuang MORE construction project. However, the company's core adhesive tape and film businesses remained stable. Looking ahead, if crude oil and raw material prices continue to rise, the company expects its operational performance to remain stable.
