"Braving the Cold Winds: Wang Chou Develops NT$10 Billion Project in New Taipei"

To mark its 40th anniversary, the YC Group (4306), through its subsidiary Wang Chou Development, is launching a NT$10 billion project this year, targeting areas such as the Xinzhuang sub-central district and the Linkou New Town.
Among these projects, the "Wang Chou Supreme" in Linkou, with a total sales value of NT$5 billion, has already achieved about 70% in sales, with expected licensing in Q1 next year. The "Wang Chou MORE" in Xinzhuang, with total sales of NT$1.2 billion, is fully sold out and is expected to be handed over in July this year. Additionally, with "Wang Chou Elite" at NT$3.5 billion and the Xinzhuang Phase II project at NT$5 billion, the total sales will exceed NT$10 billion, significantly boosting the group's revenue for this year and next.
YC Group CEO Lee Shu-Wei stated that Wang Chou Development currently has projects in Taipei's Linkou, Xinzhuang, Beitou Qiyan, and Zhongzheng Districts, and is also focusing on the Hangzhou South Road urban renewal project.
To drive project sales, Wang Chou Development has set up a reception center at the base of each project and established a joint sales office in Neihu District. Lee Shu-Wei mentioned that the joint sales office aims to serve a broader range of homebuyers. Those interested in Wang Chou's projects can use the dedicated transportation service provided by the joint sales office to visit the reception centers. |
