"YC Group Launches NT$10 Billion Projects in Linkou and Xinzhuang, Anticipates Significant Revenue Boost for This and Next Year"

As YC Group (4306) approaches its 40th anniversary, it announced today that its subsidiary, Wangzhou Development, will launch projects totaling over NT$10 billion. These projects, themed around "ideal living spaces," will be located in the Linkou and Xinzhuang sub-central areas. They emphasize convenient transportation, comprehensive commercial districts, and serene educational environments, aiming for high-quality construction and comfortable living surroundings. With subsequent project completions and handovers, these developments are expected to significantly boost YC Group's revenue for this and next year.
Wangzhou Development General Manager Li Shuwei stated that the Linkou project, "Wangzhou Jipin," has a total sales value of NT$5 billion, with over 70% sold to date, and is expected to start handovers in the third quarter of next year. The Xinzhuang project, "Wangzhou MORE," with a total sales value of NT$1.2 billion, is 95% sold and will be handed over in July this year. Additionally, Wangzhou will launch two new projects, including "Wangzhou Yipin," with a total sales value of NT$3.5 billion, and a second phase in Xinzhuang with a total sales value of NT$5 billion. |
