Achem, Xinzhu to Boost Export Orders
2015-12-12
Amidst fluctuating and declining oil prices, operations for YC (4306) and Achem (1715) have faced challenges this year. Achem reports that with the gradual realization of vertical integration and stable export orders, operations are expected to stabilize and recover next year. Additionally, Xinzhu Global (3171) anticipates a boost in operations due to orders from large Chinese clients, with shipments expected to begin by the end of this year or early next year.
Achem Chairman Lin You-sheng stated that the company is integrating OPP and PVC tape production this year. The benefits of vertical integration are expected to materialize next year, and Achem will actively seek new orders to increase utilization rates. Additionally, a new hot-melt adhesive production line is planned to be added next year.
Xinzhu Global mentioned that it will strengthen its presence in the previously neglected Hualien and Taitung regions in Taiwan and expand its product portfolio to enhance operational performance. In China, the company will target major local manufacturers in panels and mobile phones, aiming to increase large-scale shipments and add 2 to 3 new clients.
