YC Group subsidiary, Xinzho Global (3171), recently announced that it has officially secured the Taiwan agency rights for CyberPower's (3043) Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) products. Xinzho Global Vice President Li Minhua stated that the company has long provided its distribution customers with comprehensive and professional planning and services. In particular, they have now formed a partnership with CyberPower, a company that has specialized in UPS products and services for over 20 years, by signing an agency cooperation agreement. The goal is to provide better services to customers and further complete Xinzho Global's product lineup. At the same time, this cooperation aims to create a mutually beneficial, win-win partnership.
CyberPower Senior Manager Xu Chuanxin stated that the company's UPS product line is suitable for home, corporate, business entities, and even industrial sectors, providing customers with comprehensive power protection planning and services. Xinzho Global, which has over 20,000 packaging material customers across Taiwan, is expected to expand its product reach to even more distribution channels through this collaboration.
Xinzho Global, a subsidiary of YC Group, focuses on two main business areas. The first is the "Master Pack" brand, which offers fully integrated upstream, midstream, and downstream resources and supply chain support, specializing in packaging material distribution. The second is the Cloud Division, which boasts years of experience in project system implementation and maintenance, primarily providing services related to virtualization system deployment, data security, and network security for cloud applications.
Xinzho stated that after adding CyberPower's UPS systems to its product line, it can offer customers more comprehensive professional planning and services, further enhancing the completeness of the services and planning provided by Xinzho Global.
