YC (4306) subsidiary Xinzho (3171) recently secured the Taiwan agency rights for CyberPower's (3043) Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems. The two companies signed an agency cooperation agreement, hoping to create a mutually beneficial, win-win partnership through this collaboration.
CyberPower primarily produces UPS products that are suitable for home use, businesses, corporations, and even industrial sectors, offering customers comprehensive power protection planning and services. Xinzho, which has over 20,000 packaging material customers across Taiwan, expects this collaboration to help both companies expand their products into more distribution channels.
YC’s subsidiary Xinzho operates in two main areas. The first is the "Master Pack" brand, which provides fully integrated upstream, midstream, and downstream resources and supply chain support, specializing in packaging material distribution. The second is the Cloud Division, which has years of experience in project system implementation and maintenance, offering services such as virtualization system deployment, data security, and network security for cloud applications. By incorporating CyberPower’s UPS systems, Xinzho aims to offer customers more comprehensive professional planning and services, further enhancing the services and planning provided by Xinzho Global. |
