Reporter: Zhang Huiwen / Taipei — Xinzhuo Global (3171), a subsidiary of the Taiwanese tape leader YC Group, announced its consolidated revenue for the first half of 2015 at NT$831 million, with a consolidated net profit after tax of NT$52 million and an EPS of NT$0.87. The company's profit for the first half of this year has increased by more than 50% compared to the same period last year.
Since last year, Xinzhuo Global has revised its strategy in China, reassessed its client structure, and actively expanded its base of large, high-quality clients. This has resulted in the company achieving positive monthly profits from its Chinese operations starting in the second quarter. With adjustments in China’s distribution channels and increasing stability in orders from major clients, along with a mature market position in Taiwan, Xinzhuo's second-quarter performance has surpassed that of the first quarter.
Looking ahead, Xinzhuo Global expects continued revenue growth in the second half of the year due to increased orders from major clients and successful product certifications in China. The company plans to promote its own brand, "Bao Dashi," across Taiwan, China, and Hong Kong, and is actively seeking cooperation with major e-commerce platforms like Alibaba and JD.com in China. The goal is to enhance brand visibility and reach more consumers, aiming to become the largest packaging materials distributor across the Taiwan Strait.
