In premium areas where land is scarce, multi-level residences that emphasize space efficiency and flexibility are gaining popularity. The "Wangzhou MORE" project in the New Taipei City district, a redeveloped area in Xinbei, offers 72 multi-level residences with 3-meter and 4-meter ceiling heights, priced at NT$65,000 to NT$73,000 per ping, setting a new high for the region.
According to Assistant Project Manager Zhou Fu-Sheng, about 50% of the units have been sold since the launch in September, with around 30 to 35 groups visiting the site each week. The investment-to-residential ratio is approximately 6:4.
Chen Yun-Ru, General Manager of Online Real Estate King, advises buyers to pay attention to the public space ratio and request detailed floor plans, including the layout of the utility lines. "It's important to understand the layout of the upper and lower floors to avoid situations where a living room aligns with a bathroom on the floor above.
