YC Group (4306) subsidiary Wan Chao Construction has today acquired a building located at No. 38, Section 3, Chongqing South Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City from the Pacific Cultural Foundation for NT$310 million.
The purchase of this building allows Wan Chao Construction to generate rental income, and there is significant potential for future redevelopment. Once the current leases expire, the building may be redeveloped into small residential units in a prestigious school district.
