The pre-sale project "Wang Chio Jipin" in the Linkou Redevelopment Area is situated at the intersection of Wenhua 3rd Road and Siwei Road. The site is surrounded by roads on all sides and enjoys ample natural light on three sides. The development includes two residential towers, 27 and 29 floors high, and features units ranging from 65 to 95 ping. Prices are set between NT$36,000 and NT$42,000 per ping. Construction began in January this year, with a projected completion time of approximately four years.
"Wang Chio Jipin" is located in a commercial area with a site area of 1,196 ping, making it a rare large-scale development in Linkou. Project manager Lin Zhihan mentioned that the Linkou Redevelopment Area has been planned for many years, and various infrastructure projects are underway. For example, Zhongshan No. 36 has signed an agreement with the Mitsui Group to develop an OUTLET mall, expected to be completed in 2017. The Media Industry Park will house the headquarters of FTV and TVBS, bringing significant employment opportunities. Additionally, the airport metro line is expected to be completed by the end of this year, boosting the area’s development potential.
Linkou’s living functions are mainly concentrated along Wenhua 2nd and 3rd Roads, which feature Carrefour and various chain stores, providing convenient amenities for food, clothing, and daily needs. Multiple bus routes on Wenhua 2nd Road and Minquan Road connect to various districts in Taipei, offering convenience for commuters. For drivers, there are two expressway interchanges for north-south travel. Once the airport metro line is completed, shuttle buses will connect to the metro station, with a drive of about 5 minutes from the site to the station.
The "Wang Chio Jipin" project plans for two residential towers, 27 and 29 stories high, designated as Building A and Building B. Building A features four units per floor, while Building B has duplex units. Unit sizes range from 65 ping for A2 and A5 to 75 ping for A1 and A3, and 95 ping for B1 and B2. The first floor includes three retail spaces, and the public facilities on the first floor feature an outdoor double swimming pool, sauna, banquet hall, reading room, and multimedia room. Residential units start from the 2nd floor and include large indoor spaces with balconies designed with offset layers, a height of 6 meters, and a depth of 25 cm. Building materials include YKK airtight windows, LOW-E glass, and thickened 20 cm flooring in the living rooms. Each unit is equipped with two master bedrooms.
