YC and Taiwan Tech Sign Industry-Academia Collaboration Agreement

YC Group (4306) signed an "Industry-Academia Collaboration Memorandum" with National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (Taiwan Tech) yesterday (27th). This partnership aims to cultivate interdisciplinary talents in academia that are closely aligned with industry needs. The collaboration not only injects fresh talent into companies but also addresses employment challenges faced by graduates.
YC Group President Lee Chih-Hsien noted that the current job market for university graduates is significantly tougher than for the previous generation. If students choose fields of study and professional subjects that closely align with real-world industry applications, the societal issue of "graduating into unemployment" can be effectively mitigated.
