YC Group, a global leader in packaging materials, signed an "Industry-Academia Collaboration Memorandum" with National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (hereafter referred to as Taiwan Tech) today. The partnership will focus on jointly developing courses for the "Taiwan Tech Leadership Academy," facilitating student internships with companies, and providing consultation for students' future career development. The goal is to cultivate business leaders who are equipped with compassion, responsibility, innovation, and interdisciplinary integration skills.
YC Group President Lee Chih-Hsien stated that in addition to offering scholarships and internship opportunities, the collaboration will involve various forms of interactive exchange, such as corporate visits, educational training, and research and development cooperation. These efforts aim to foster better synergy and mutual understanding between industry and academia in talent cultivation, helping students build solid technical skills and seamlessly transition into the workforce upon graduation. |
