(Yangcheng News - Taipei) YC (4306) announced that its subsidiary Wangzhou Construction has acquired land in the secondary urban area of Xinzhuang City, New Taipei. The land covers an area of 682.21 ping (approximately 2,257 square meters), with a unit price of about NT$1.89 million per ping, totaling NT$1.2893769 billion (approximately $12.89 million). The specific purpose of the acquisition is to consolidate the existing four plots of land to build office and residential buildings.
