With an eye on China’s economic recovery next year and the growing domestic market opportunities, F-Recycle (1337) and YC (4306) are set to expand their new production capacities in China. F-Recycle’s new plant in Jiangsu, China, with a designed capacity of 210,000 cubic meters, is expected to begin operations in the first quarter of next year. Meanwhile, YC’s subsidiary ACHEM (1715) has completed the construction of a new PVC production line, and its new PE plant is scheduled to start operations next year, further boosting its growth momentum and enhancing business performance.
Thanks to contributions from its new production capacities, F-Recycle’s consolidated revenue in November reached NT$905 million, a monthly increase of 33.5% and a year-on-year growth of 79.77%. YC reported consolidated revenue of NT$1.718 billion in November, representing an annual growth of 14.21%. YC noted that the better-than-expected performance in November was mainly due to the launch of its seventh film production line, which led to continuous growth in shipment volumes and a steady rise in revenue. Additionally, both ACHEM and Xinzhou businesses saw growth, significantly boosting consolidated revenue.
F-Recycle focuses on recycling EVA and PE plastic scraps, with the majority of its products sold in China’s domestic market. For the first three quarters of this year, F-Recycle achieved an EPS of NT$5.29. The Jiangsu plant in China is expected to begin mass production in the first quarter of next year, while the expansion of its Fujian plant, with the addition of 40 new production units, is expected to improve its performance starting from the peak season in the fourth quarter. Growth is expected to accelerate next year.
F-Recycle anticipates that its fourth-quarter operations will surpass those of the third quarter. With the addition of new production capacities and a lower base comparison from the first quarter of this year, the company's performance in the first quarter of next year is expected to be promising.
