(Taipei, Central News Agency reporter Zhao Xiaohui) YC Group’s (4306) subsidiary, Xinzhou Global, announced that its professional packaging material retail chain, "Packaging Master," opened two new branches today in Taoyuan and Tainan. The company is targeting a total of 20 stores across Taiwan and mainland China by the end of this year, aiming for NT$150 million in revenue in 2011.
After expanding with three stores in Taichung and Guanyin, "Packaging Master" officially opened two new stores today in Pingzhen, Taoyuan, and Rende, Tainan. Currently, there are a total of eight stores, seven of which are in Taiwan, with one located in Shanghai, China.
YC stated that their goal is to open 20 stores across both Taiwan and China by the end of the year. In addition to the already opened Shanghai Baian branch, the company plans to find suitable locations in Songjiang and Qingpu districts in China, with operations expected to begin in August.
Along with store expansion, "Packaging Master" has also made breakthroughs in marketing and promotions. YC mentioned that to enhance the professional image of the group and "Packaging Master," the company has redesigned the appearance of its delivery vehicles. Unlike traditional designs, these vehicles will feature a unified design in color and logo, giving the public a fresh visual experience.
The delivery vehicles will mainly feature a bright, vibrant red color, with the YC Group and "Packaging Master" logos prominently displayed, serving as both a branding and marketing tool.
Since its opening in January, "Packaging Master" has reached a break-even point thanks to effective cost control. The company is ambitious about becoming the leader in the packaging material retail industry and is steadily building competitive strength. |
