YC (4306) subsidiary Xinzhou Global, which operates the "Package Master" chain, has continued its expansion with six new stores opened across Taiwan and China in the first quarter of this year. After opening 20 stores last year, the company plans to add four more locations in Shenzhen, Foshan in Guangdong, Ningbo, and Hangzhou by the second quarter, bringing the total number of stores to 30 by mid-year.
"Package Master," a joint investment between YC and ACHEM, is distinct from traditional packaging material suppliers. It benefits from substantial resources and operates on a professional chain model with a front-store, back-warehouse configuration to meet both B2B and B2C market demands.
YC's stock fell by NT$1.15 to close at NT$27.90 yesterday.
Li Zhi-Xian, YC Chairman, explained that "Package Master" employs a regional strategy with a network of points, lines, and surfaces. Since opening its mainland China headquarters in Shanghai last year, the company has established branches in Guangzhou, Dongguan, Ningbo, and Tianjin. The locations are strategically placed within an hour's drive of each other to maximize market expansion benefits.
The company will leverage its local production advantages to establish logistics centers on both sides of the Taiwan Strait. Each center will feature multiple distribution points and a dedicated logistics team, creating a tightly organized network that significantly enhances delivery efficiency, reduces operational costs, and improves service across the region.
