ACHEM and Chuangjie Begin Trading of Increased Capital Shares Today; Yi Hua Resumes Trading of New Shares After Capital Reduction

On Monday (13th), the Taiwan stock market saw the commencement of trading for increased capital shares of ACHEM Chemicals (1715) and Chuangjie Technology (5261), while Yi Hua (1456) resumed trading of new shares following a capital reduction. ACHEM’s cash capital increase involves 21,000 shares available for trading, while Chuangjie’s increased capital involves 6,140 shares. Previously, Chuangjie’s capital increase shares were traded via subscription receipts, which were terminated today as the new shares were listed.
Yi Hua reduced its capital to cover losses and issued 67,000 new shares post-reduction (96,000 shares including private placements). Trading resumed today, with the reference price for the shares set at NT$8.5, compared to NT$3.4 on the last trading day before the capital reduction on December 31 of last year.
